It’s been my honor and privilege to serve the Hampton Roads community for the past 33 years, and it will continue to be so for the next 33 years as well. Providing construction services to help facilitate growth in the community I was raised in has been the greatest achievement of my career.

I have been fortunate enough to work alongside owners, developers, subcontractors, and employees that have made what we do safe, fun, and challenging. I enjoy every moment of this business and I strive to have those around me feel the same.

I never tire of seeing the structures that we have built or the S.B. Ballard logo on a building that is under construction as I drive around Hampton Roads. These structures are symbols of the hard work, sweat, and dedication of each and every member of the S.B. Ballard team and the pride I feel when I see them will never fade.

Credit for the success of S.B. Ballard Construction Company cannot be given to just one person. Many people have assisted in our success, including individuals not on the S.B. Ballard payroll. Family and friends have given indispensible support over the years and this oftentimes thankless contribution to the success of the company should not be overlooked. It is because of the commitment of all of these people that we are able to continue to provide safe, quality work.
